The Stonebridge Business Partners Program is a free business account program offered by Stonebridge Print Co. to help businesses and organizations simplify their recurring custom apparel needs.
1. Eligibility
The Stonebridge Business Partners Program is available to eligible businesses, nonprofit organizations, schools, churches, clubs, teams, community organizations, government organizations, and other organizations with recurring apparel needs.
Stonebridge Print Co. reserves the right to approve or decline Business Partner accounts at its discretion.
2. Enrollment & Cost
Enrollment in the Stonebridge Business Partners Program is free.
There are no membership fees, annual fees, or minimum annual purchasing requirements.
Enrollment does not obligate a Business Partner to place an order with Stonebridge Print Co.
3. No Minimum Orders
Stonebridge Business Partners may place orders of any quantity unless a particular product, garment, supplier, decoration method, promotion, or special-order item requires a minimum quantity.
Pricing may vary based on garment type, quantity, artwork, print specifications, and other order requirements.
4. Artwork on File
Stonebridge Print Co. may retain approved logos, artwork, print files, garment information, and previous order specifications to make future ordering easier.
Business Partners are responsible for ensuring that they have permission to use any logos, trademarks, images, or other materials they provide to Stonebridge Print Co.
Retention of artwork does not transfer ownership of artwork created by Stonebridge Print Co. unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Reorders
Business Partners may use Stonebridge’s Business Partner reorder process for previously approved designs.
Garment brands, styles, colors, pricing, and availability may change between orders. Stonebridge Print Co. will notify the customer when a requested product or specification is no longer available or when a significant substitution is necessary.
6. Quantity Pricing
Business Partners may qualify for quantity-based pricing on larger orders.
Discounts and pricing are determined by the specific order and are not guaranteed solely because of participation in the Business Partners Program.
7. Partner Loyalty Reward
After completing five qualifying Business Partner orders, the Business Partner may receive a $25 credit toward a qualifying future order of $100 or more.
Orders must be completed and paid in full to count toward the loyalty reward.
The $25 reward has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be combined with certain promotions or discounts.
Cancelled, refunded, or unpaid orders do not count toward the loyalty reward.
8. Partner Promotions
Stonebridge Print Co. may occasionally offer promotions, discounts, early access opportunities, or other benefits exclusively to Business Partners.
Partner promotions may have individual eligibility requirements, deadlines, exclusions, or other conditions.
Participation in the Business Partners Program does not guarantee that promotions will always be available.
9. Communication
Business Partners may choose to receive information about partner promotions, apparel planning, new services, and other relevant Stonebridge Print Co. updates.
Marketing communications may be discontinued upon request.
Communications directly related to an active order or Business Partner account may still be sent when necessary.
10. Orders & Payment
Participation in the Business Partners Program does not create a credit account or payment arrangement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all orders remain subject to Stonebridge Print Co.’s standard ordering, payment, production, cancellation, and refund policies.
11. Program Changes
Stonebridge Print Co. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Stonebridge Business Partners Program or any of its benefits.
Reasonable efforts will be made to communicate significant program changes to active Business Partners.
12. Account Closure
A Business Partner may request that their account be closed at any time.
Stonebridge Print Co. may suspend or close an account for misuse of the program, fraudulent activity, repeated nonpayment, abusive conduct, violation of Stonebridge Print Co. policies, or other reasonable business considerations.
13. Acceptance
By enrolling in the Stonebridge Business Partners Program, the applicant acknowledges that they have reviewed and agree to these Program Terms & Conditions.
