Yes. Once your project has been paid in full, the completed website belongs to you, subject to any third-party themes, plugins, images, fonts, or software and their respective licenses.

Yes. Because your website is built with WordPress, you’ll be able to make updates to your content after launch.

Your package assumes you’ll provide the primary information and content needed for your website. If you need additional help developing or writing content, we can discuss that during the quote process.

Yes. We can evaluate your existing WordPress website and determine whether a redesign or a fresh build makes the most sense.

We’ll make sure your website is ready to go live and provide the information you need to manage it going forward. Additional updates or support can be quoted separately.

To keep each website project running smoothly, the following payment terms apply to all Stonebridge Print Company website design services.

Payment Schedule

A 50% initial payment is required before website design work begins. This payment secures your project and allows Stonebridge Print Company to begin planning and designing your website.

The remaining 50% balance is due after final approval and before the website is launched or transferred to the client.

Websites will not be launched, transferred, or released until the project balance has been paid in full.

Initial Payment

Because website design involves custom work and reserved design time, the initial payment becomes non-refundable once work on the project has begun.

If Stonebridge Print Company is unable to complete the project, any amounts paid for work that has not been completed will be refunded as appropriate.

Additional Work

Website packages include only the pages, features, and services outlined in the client’s approved estimate.

Requests that fall outside the original project scope may result in additional charges. Stonebridge Print Company will discuss and receive approval for additional charges before completing billable work outside the agreed scope.

Third-Party Costs

Unless specifically stated in the client’s estimate, website design pricing does not include costs associated with:

• Domain registration or renewal
• Website hosting
• Premium WordPress themes or plugins
• Paid fonts, stock photography, or other licensed assets
• E-commerce or payment-processing fees
• Email hosting
• Third-party subscriptions, software, or integrations

The client is responsible for these costs and, whenever practical, should maintain ownership of the associated accounts and licenses.

Project Delays

Clients are responsible for providing requested content, images, account access, approvals, and other materials necessary to complete their website.

Significant delays in providing required materials or feedback may affect the project’s estimated completion date.

Projects that remain inactive due to lack of client communication or materials for 30 days or longer may be placed on hold and may require rescheduling before work resumes.

Final Approval & Launch

Before launch, the client will have an opportunity to review the completed website and approve the final design.

Final payment signifies acceptance of the completed project, subject to any remaining items specifically agreed upon in writing.

Once the final balance has been received, Stonebridge Print Company will proceed with the agreed website launch or transfer.

Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods will be provided with the client’s invoice or estimate.

By submitting the initial payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to these payment terms.
