Welcome to Stonebridge Print Co. We appreciate the opportunity to create custom apparel and printed products for you. By requesting a quote, approving an estimate, or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are valid for 14 days from the date they are issued unless otherwise stated.
Pricing is based on the information provided at the time of the quote, including:
- Quantity
- Garment style and color
- Print size and placement
- Artwork provided
- Special requests
Quotes may be revised if any of these details change before production begins.
Payment Policy
Payment is required before production begins unless other arrangements have been made in writing.
Production will not begin until payment has been received.
For larger commercial or organizational orders, Stonebridge Print Co. may approve a deposit arrangement at its discretion.
Accepted payment methods may include:
- Square
- Credit/Debit Cards
- PayPal
- Other approved payment methods
Artwork Approval
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all artwork proofs before approving production.
Artwork approval confirms that:
- Spelling is correct.
- Colors are acceptable.
- Design placement is acceptable.
- Garment information is correct.
- Quantities and sizes are correct.
Once artwork has been approved and production has begun, additional changes may require additional charges or may not be possible.
Stonebridge Print Co. is not responsible for errors that were present on an approved proof.
Customer-Supplied Artwork
Customers must have the legal right to use any logos, graphics, photographs, or artwork submitted.
By providing artwork, the customer confirms they own the rights or have permission to reproduce the design.
Stonebridge Print Co. reserves the right to refuse any artwork that:
- Infringes on copyrights or trademarks
- Contains illegal content
- Promotes hate or discrimination
- Is otherwise inappropriate
Production Time
Typical production time begins after:
- Payment has been received, and
- Artwork has been approved.
Estimated turnaround times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.
Production times may vary due to:
- Supplier availability
- Shipping delays
- Large order volumes
- Equipment maintenance
- Severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances
Customers will be notified if significant delays occur.
Order Changes
Changes requested after payment or artwork approval may result in:
- Additional charges
- Production delays
- Cancellation of the requested change if production has already started
Once custom garments or transfers have been ordered, changes may no longer be possible.
Cancellations
Orders canceled before materials have been ordered may qualify for a refund, less any design or administrative work already completed.
Once custom garments, transfers, or other materials have been ordered specifically for your project, those costs are non-refundable.
Orders that have entered production cannot be canceled.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each order is custom-made, Stonebridge Print Co. cannot accept returns or exchanges due to:
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Change of mind
- Color preference after approval
- Customer-provided artwork issues
If Stonebridge Print Co. makes an error in production, we will work with you to correct the issue whenever possible.
Claims regarding damaged or incorrect items should be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.
Garment Variations
Garment colors, fabric textures, and sizing may vary slightly between manufacturers and production runs.
Minor variations are considered normal and are not considered defects.
Customer-Supplied Garments
Stonebridge Print Co. may accept customer-supplied garments on a case-by-case basis.
While every effort is made to produce excellent results, we cannot guarantee print quality on garments not supplied by us.
Stonebridge Print Co. is not responsible for damage caused by manufacturing defects, fabric inconsistencies, or heat sensitivity in customer-supplied garments.
Color Matching
Printed colors may vary slightly from what is displayed on computer monitors, mobile devices, or printed proofs.
Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed unless specifically quoted and agreed upon in advance.
Order Pickup & Shipping
Customers will be notified when their order is complete.
Orders may be picked up by appointment or shipped using the selected shipping method.
Stonebridge Print Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers after an order has been shipped.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Limitation of Liability
Stonebridge Print Co.’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.
Under no circumstances shall Stonebridge Print Co. be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.
Right to Refuse Service
Stonebridge Print Co. reserves the right to refuse any order that:
- Violates applicable laws
- Infringes upon intellectual property rights
- Contains offensive or hateful material
- Cannot reasonably be produced to our quality standards
